Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligible Returns
You may request a return if:
- Wrong product was delivered.
- Product was damaged during transit.
- Expired product was supplied.
- Manufacturing defect is identified.
- Incomplete order was received.
2. Non-Returnable Products
- Opened or used medicines.
- Prescription medicines unless supplied incorrectly or damaged.
- Temperature-sensitive medicines.
- Products with broken manufacturer seals.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
3. Return Conditions
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep the product unused in its original packaging.
- Provide the original invoice.
- Photos or videos may be requested for verification.
4. Refund Process
After inspection and approval, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
5. Replacement & Exchange
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit instead of a refund.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Orders already dispatched cannot normally be cancelled.
- Verified prescription orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are refundable only when the wrong or damaged product has been supplied by TYQOS HEALTHCARE PVT. LTD.
8. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to reject fraudulent or excessive return requests and may seek additional information before approving a claim.
